Japanese Interpreter & Translator (Japanese Executive Support)

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Japanese Studies).
• Minimum 2 year of experience in Japanese Translater from japanese company.
• Experience dealing with Japanese clients is an advantage.
• Fluent in Japanese, minimum have JLPT N2.
• Able to communicate professionally in both written and spoken Japanese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Willing to travel for business.
  
  
  Jobdesk:
• Translate written documents from Japanese to English/Indonesian and vice versa.
• Interpret conversations during meetings, negotiations, training sessions, and site visits.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all translations
• Edit and proofread translated materials before final submission
• Assist communication between Japanese expatriates and local staff
• Prepare meeting minutes and business correspondence in Japanese
• Support administrative and documentation processes related to Japanese clients or partners
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple translation tasks efficiently
