IDR 24,000,000 Gross per Month
### Requirements
* Minimum **JLPT N2** certification (JLPT N1 is preferred).
* English proficiency at **CEFR C1** level.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Willing to work full-time from our office at RDTX Square, Jakarta.
### Job Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and provide support to Japanese-speaking customers via **calls, chats, and emails**.
* Deliver accurate information and effective solutions in a professional manner.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
* Record and maintain customer interactions in accordance with company procedures.
