Our client, a Japan-based recruitment company, is looking for Indonesian professionals with strong Japanese language skills to help build business relationships with Japanese companies through the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW / Tokutei Ginou) program.
Responsibilities
- Contact Japanese companies via phone, email, and online meetings.
- Introduce recruitment services and identify hiring needs.
- Schedule client meetings and build long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with teams in Indonesia and Japan.
- Track sales activities and opportunities.
Requirements
- JLPT N2 or N1.
- Business-level Japanese communication skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls, phone conversations, and online meetings in Japanese.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Own laptop and stable internet connection.
Preferred
- Experience in B2B Sales, Recruitment, HR, or Customer Service.
- Experience living or working in Japan is a plus.
- Familiarity with SSW / Tokutei Ginou is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Remote work from anywhere in Indonesia.

- ¥80,000/month after probation.
- ¥70,000/month during 3-month probation.
