Requirement:
Educational Background: A degree in Informatics Engineering/Computer Engineering or a related field.
Experience Matters: At least 5 years in IT industry, with experience in managing teams & application support/development.
Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
Technical Skills : Experience in developing application, database optimization, DevOps.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with stakeholder to develop ITaaS Service Catalog & readiness to be available to Sales Tim.
Manage Application Support team (SAP Basis, DevSecOP, DBA, Oth App/ITaaS related) to support the IT Operation to meet SLA.
Review & Improve current process related with Application Support team to be effective & efficient.
