IT Asset & Vendor Management
Job Description
- Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, inventory, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and ensure inventory data is up to date.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) schedules with vendors and review maintenance reports to ensure service quality.
- Coordinate IT service requests from internal users and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Plan and coordinate end-user device refresh and replacement activities.
- Manage vendor relationships, including communication, performance monitoring, and service delivery.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors regarding maintenance activities, issue resolution, and project execution.
- Process and monitor invoices related to IT maintenance services and vendor engagements.
- Prepare, review, monitor, and follow up on vendor contracts, service agreements, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and asset management standards.
- Prepare periodic reports related to IT assets, vendor performance, maintenance activities, and service delivery.
- Support other IT operational activities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Vendor Management, IT Operations, or IT Infrastructure Support.
- Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management, inventory control, and asset documentation.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, including vendor coordination, contract administration, and service performance monitoring.
- Familiar with procurement processes, preventive maintenance coordination, invoice verification, and vendor administration.
- Experience handling IT asset inventory systems or asset management tools is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) processes and IT operational support.
- Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong administrative and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ITSM or Asset Management tools is a plus.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal (minimum TOEIC score of 650 or equivalent is preferred).
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the banking, financial services, securities, or enterprise IT environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
- Experience in vendor evaluation, SLA monitoring, contract management, and procurement processes.
- Knowledge of IT hardware lifecycle, software licensing, and inventory auditing.
