100% Remote · Live Online · Small Group Sessions (8–16 learners)
We are expanding our pool of expert instructors to deliver interactive live online training across multiple future‑skills domains. If you are passionate about teaching and enjoy guiding learners through hands‑on, practical sessions — we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
You will deliver live remote training sessions via Zoom/Teams/Meet, facilitate hands‑on activities, and support learners throughout the module.
We are currently hiring instructors in the following areas:
- Software Development
- Artificial Intelligence & Creative AI
- Data Science & Analytics
- Cloud & Azure AI Engineering
- Cybersecurity (incl. CISSP)
Each module is delivered in short blocks (1–4 days) and follows a structured learning path.
Requirements (Remote-Specific)
Must‑Have
- Proven experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching online
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and practical way
- Reliable remote setup
- stable internet
- good-quality microphone

- screen‑sharing capability
- Ability to engage learners remotely (breakout rooms, live demos, hands‑on tasks)
Nice‑to‑Have
- Experience teaching international cohorts
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools (Miro, Figma, VS Code Live Share, GitHub Classroom)
- Reusable training materials or templates
Teaching Style (Our Expectation)
- We are not looking for slide‑reading lecturers.
- We are looking for interactive facilitators.
- Your sessions should include:
- concise content inputs (max 20–30 minutes)
- hands‑on exercises
- live demos (coding, dashboards, models, architectures, tools)
- breakout room activities
- collaborative whiteboarding
- practical case studies
- feedback loops + Q&A

Compensation
- Please include your daily remote rate
- No travel required
- Pre‑work/preparation can be compensated upon agreement
- Repeat teaching engagements across modules are possible
