Job Descriptions:
- Get in touch with businessman or individuals via the phone to promote products and services
- Record buyer details, including reactions to the product and / or services offered
- Take orders for goods and services over the phone
- Explain the product or service to potential customers
- Provide pricing details and handle customer questions
- Obtain customer information, including names and addresses
- Receive orders over the phone and maintain details in the system
- Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories and purchase lists
- Make phone calls to prospective customers who respond to advertisements
- Contact customers regularly to follos up on initial interactions
- Visit client
Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Required Skill(s) : Communication, Sales, Marketing, Persuation, Negotiation
4. Have experience in customer services
