Responsibilities
- Prepare technical documentation for application testing and operational activities.
- Work under the supervision and review process of client's permanent employees.
- Create and maintain application procedure documents, application architecture documents, and application flow documentation.
- Develop flowcharts, ERD, and UML diagrams related to system and application processes.
- Ensure all documentation is clear, structured, and aligned with company standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma Degree (D3) in Information Technology or any related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Technical Writer/technical documentation and communication-related roles
- Proficient in documentation tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Strong understanding of technical documentation standards and application workflows.
- Ability to create technical diagrams including Flowcharts, ERD, and UML.
- Excellent written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with proper grammar and spelling.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
