🚨 We’re Hiring: IT Technical Engineer

📍 Location: Semarang Jawa Tengah

Are you passionate about solving technical problems, maintaining robust IT systems, and supporting end-users with excellence?

Join our team as IT Technical Engineer and help us strengthen our IT infrastructure and digital operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot hardware, software (including license management), network, OS (Windows/Linux), VPS hosting, domain, CDN, and WAF issues.

• Maintain IT systems: software updates, antivirus, and hardware checks.

• Provide user support and resolve technical complaints.

• Manage network configurations: router, firewall, switch, access point, printer, CCTV, etc.

• Create technical reports and documentation.

• Handle procurement of IT hardware and software.

✅ Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, networking, server, storage, VPS, hosting, domain, CDN, WAF, and security systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.

• Good communication and teamwork.

• MTCNA and/or MCSE certification is a plus.

• Willing to work outside of regular hours if needed.

• English proficiency is an advantage.
