Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Participate WMS SaaS or ERP retail solution implementation
2. Build relationships to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
3. Exercise scope control to ensure project completes on schedule
4. Conduct customer-facing workshops and training for customer's project teams
5. Configure product according to customer requirements gathered during the design phase
6. Develop and maintain strong functional and technical product knowledge
7. Stay organized and deliver on commitments, timely and accurately, including updating any project tracking and status reporting systems
8. Effective status and project timeline reporting
9. Collaborate with other members of the implementation team to develop and deliver training and presentations materials
10. Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes to reduce deployment timeframe
1. Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred and 2 years of relevant experience.
2. Outstanding written & verbal English, Local Language and Chinese communication skills.
3. During the implementation period, be able to travel abroad.
4. Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment to deliver on commitments
5. Be adaptable to change and open to the challenges of an ever-changing environment
6. Proven ability to engage and interact with internal & external teams to resolve client issues
7. Strong problem-solving skills.
