Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Create system requirement documents (BRD, FSD, SRS) and process flow diagrams.
- Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and Project Managers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Design system workflows, use cases, user stories, and database concepts.
- Prepare wireframes, mockups, and functional specifications where required.
- Support development teams by clarifying business and system requirements.
- Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve system issues while providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain project documentation, system documentation, and change requests.
- Ensure delivered solutions comply with business processes, quality standards, and project timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements.
- Proficient in creating BRD, FSD, SRS, use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Familiar with UML, BPMN, flowcharts, and wireframing tools such as Figma, Draw.io, Visio, or Lucidchart.
- Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Knowledge of REST API, system integration, and web/mobile application architecture is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
