IT System Administrator

Job Description:

· Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, and related equipment

· Monitor infrastructure & application health using Grafana

· Assist senior staff with more complex tasks as needed

· Adhere to company security policies and procedures

· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

· Perform routine backups and disaster recovery operations

· Write and maintain documentation for system administration procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field

• 1-3 years professional experience in system administration or a similar role

• Experience in PPOB (Payment Point Online Bank) environments

• Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework, especially service operation

• Experience with Grafana for performance monitoring

• Experience and/or familiarity with OS Linux/Unix, NginX, Shell Script, MySQL, Query Logic

• Basic networking knowledge

• Scripting experience (e.g., Bash, Perl, Python)

• Solid understanding of security principles
