Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in IT Support
- Repairing & Troubleshooting computer problems
- Understanding software and hardware installation
- Understanding wired and wireless networking
- Understanding how to operated mikrotik router
- Understanding web server in general
- Planning, communicating, analytical thinking, problem solving & teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Perform hardware, software and network installation
- Understand setting printer IP address, LAN, etc.)
- Repair IT devices such as PC, Notebook, Printer
- Perform installation, upgrade, maintenance of hardware, software and network
- Identify and provide solutions for troubleshooting on the network, internet and hardware maintenance
- Monitor and report troubleshoots faced on a daily basis
- Make purchases related to IT needs
