🖥️ Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end IT support (hardware, software, network, and user access) via ticketing channel.
- Manage user lifecycle tasks including onboarding/offboarding, account creation, and access management.
- Troubleshoot office equipment, desktop environments, and basic networking (Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Handle, track, and resolve IT incidents using standard ITSM/ticketing tools while maintaining service SLAs.
🖥️ Requirements:
- Min. 3–4 years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or a similar role.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with standard operating systems, productivity suites, directory services, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills (good command of English).
