Job Description:
- Monitor and support daily IT operations, including hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for users regarding laptops, desktops, printers, applications, email, and connectivity issues.
- Handle incident tickets, perform issue analysis, follow up resolution, and ensure tickets are completed according to SLA.
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, applications, and office productivity tools.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting, including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, IP configuration, and connectivity checks.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, or related support teams for issue escalation and resolution.
- Maintain IT asset records, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
- Support IT documentation, including troubleshooting guides, incident reports, and asset handover documents.
- Ensure user devices and systems comply with company security standards and IT policies.
- Provide on-site support when required and assist in daily operational activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as IT Support, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or related role.
- Good understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and basic networking.
- Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, email configuration, printer setup, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience using ticketing systems and handling user support requests is preferred.
- Able to perform hardware/software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Good analytical thinking, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to work on-site and support operational needs when required.
- Experience in data center, ATM/CRM monitoring, CCTV monitoring, or banking operations support will be an advantage.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules if required.
