Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Generalist or IT Support.
Knowledge of computer networking, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, network troubleshooting, and Microsoft 365.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Job Description
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade IT equipment and systems.
Manage user accounts, email, and IT assets.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations.
Coordinate with external vendors when necessary to resolve technical issues.
