How You’ll Contribute :
• Provide top-notch service to both onsite and remote team
• Troubleshoot computer related problems
• Troubleshoot basic network problems dealing with switches, routers and computers.
• Repairing equipment and replacing parts
• Setting up new user accounts and profiles
• Diligently monitor and update IT inventory
Must Have :
• Having knowledge about Mikrotik, PCs, OS, Office Software, LAN & WAN Network
• Experience with Virtualization (VirtualBox, VMware, KVM)
• Be able to troubleshoot on-site incidents with minimal supervision.
• Work efficiently, effectively, and independently without sacrificing quality
• Love getting things done, strong logical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills
• SMA, SMK and fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Willing to work in Yogyakarta
Nice to have :
• Experience working with Unix/Linux systems maintenance and administration (e.g., LVM, swappiness, filesystems, inodes, disk io)
• Experience with shell scripting
• Experience with docker, container and full virtualization (KVM)
• Experience with git or similar version control system
• Experience with private or public cloud computing (e.g., OpenStack, AWS, GCP, Azure)
