IT Support

PT JTD Jaya Pratama is a subsidiary of PT Pembangunan Jaya, dedicated to the management and operation of six Jakarta Inner Toll Roads. The company has successfully launched Phased I Seksi A Kelapa Gading - Pulo Gebang, which has been operational since August 2021. As part of our continued growth and commitment to delivering efficient and reliable services, we are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and supporting the technological needs of our employees. The IT Support will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to employees across the organization. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining and updating computer systems, managing user accounts, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT networks. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to understand their technology needs and implementing solutions that enhance productivity. Additionally, the IT Support will be tasked with monitoring system performance, responding to service requests promptly, and documenting all technical activities for future reference.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role is required. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to learning new technologies are highly valued.
