PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya, an expanding and leading casual dining restaurant in Jakarta is looking for highly motivated and experienced IT Staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical assistance to employees
• Updating and maintaining company systems and networks
• Installing and configuring software
• Managing user access permissions and credentials
• Rolling out patches and updates
• Procuring and provisioning devices
• Assisting with data backup and recovery

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• High-level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware and applications
• Strong oral communication skills to gather information from employees and explain complex technical concepts in simple language
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
