Job Description
- Identify, analyze, and map the company's business processes regularly.
- Document and update business processes using BPMN, SOPs, and Work Instructions.
- Design process improvement strategies for operational efficiency, as well as identify and mitigate business risks.
- Support system development and digitalization through requirement analysis and implementation monitoring.
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT Support
- Strong understanding of website systems, databases, and basic networking.
- Familiar with CMS platforms, payment gateway integration, and API troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and server management is a plus.
- Able to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and provide timely resolution.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
