Job Description

  • Identify, analyze, and map the company's business processes regularly.
  • Document and update business processes using BPMN, SOPs, and Work Instructions.
  • Design process improvement strategies for operational efficiency, as well as identify and mitigate business risks.
  • Support system development and digitalization through requirement analysis and implementation monitoring.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in IT Support
  • Strong understanding of website systems, databases, and basic networking.
  • Familiar with CMS platforms, payment gateway integration, and API troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and server management is a plus.
  • Able to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and provide timely resolution.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
