Hello, everyone! PT Valbury Asia Futures part of Valbury Asia Group is a financial services company based in Jakarta and established in 1999 #hiring IT Support position.
The best candidate for this position is someone who has proven experience developing mobile application with at least 2 - 3 years. Having knowledge of the financial industry and investment products would be a plus.
Job Description :
Responsible on operational system daily task
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service system issues and requests using ticketing system
Installing and configuring computer equipment such as personal computer, printer etc
Perform database backups
Job Requirements :
Bachelor degree from relevant majors
have minimum 2 years experience on IT Operation / IT Support / IT Helpdesk
Monitoring, diagnose; Troubleshoot hardware and software
Understanding networks concepts
Diagnose and troubleshoot LAN
Ability to guide step by step on technical help
Faimiliar with windows OS & Linux
Familiar using remote desktop
Good coordination and communication skills with internal & external user
Strong problem solving skills and positive attitude
