Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Set up user accounts, email, and access permissions.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain office network connectivity.
- Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for issue escalation when necessary.
- Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and asset inventory.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as an IT Support, IT Helpdesk, or related role.
- Good understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, computer hardware, and LAN/WAN networking.
- Familiar with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic network troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to be placed in Cirebon.
