- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an IT Support, IT Infrastructure, or IT Security professional.
- Good understanding of Internet of Things (IoT) concepts and technologies.
- Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and applications.
- Strong knowledge of system hardening for Windows and Linux, vulnerability management, and patch management.
- Hands-on experience with HCL/IBM BigFix, including agent deployment and endpoint security compliance, will be a strong advantage.
