Key Responsibilities
- Create the installation steps and checklist to ensure everything is completed correctly.
- Take screenshots, screen recordings, and notes from every process installation.
- Check whether each step works as expected, not just whether it has been completed.
- Monitor and Report errors, problems, or unexpected results during installation.
- Understand the current progress and identify the next steps.
- Track pending tasks and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Provide regular updates on progress, problems, and installation status.
Requirements
- Basic computer and IT knowledge.
- Experience in IT support, software installation, or technical support.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Able to think logically and understand step-by-step processes.
- Willing to learn and understand new products or solutions.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Able to work independently on assigned tasks and coordinate with the technical team.
- Willing to work on-site at customer locations when required.
- Gain a thorough understanding of Contact Center solution process flows.
- Identify and analyze potential technical issues affecting current operations
Expected Deliverables
- Installation checklist and progress updates.
- Screenshots, screen recordings, and relevant evidence.
- List of issues, errors, and actions taken.
- List of pending tasks and next steps.
- Installation and testing results.
- Completed and accepted by customer to all documentation report (Installation, Testing (SIT/UAT)
