- Provide technical support to teachers, staff, and management for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, projectors, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain school network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and other technical issues.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of school information systems and IT applications.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, and equipment records.
- Assist with user account management, system access, and basic IT security.
- Perform regular maintenance, updates, backups, and troubleshooting of IT systems.
- Support school events and activities that require technical or multimedia assistance.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors or service providers when necessary.
- Prepare IT documentation, reports, and maintenance records.
- Ensure IT systems and equipment are functioning properly to support teaching and administrative activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and basic network configuration.
- Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with teachers and administrative teams.
- Service-oriented, responsive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Experience working in a school or educational institution is an advantage
