Deskripsi pekerjaan IT Support Specialist Synpulse Management Consulting
As an IT Support Specialist, your role will focus on enabling and supporting employees throughout the Synpulse offices globally. You will be part of our global IT support team. As part of the role, you will also be a designated administrator for key applications and cloud services utilized by Synpulse‘s global offices. Additionally, you will be required to participate in various global and local IT projects. You will also be a key individual in the Jakarta office responsible for the daily IT functions and operations.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Information Technology or any other related field
- Actual Microsoft (cloud) certifications a huge plus
- Proven experience as a help desk technician (2+ years)
- Technical familiarity with the following products and technologies are a must: Microsoft Windows 10/11 Operating System
Microsoft Office Professional Suite (Office 365 Click-to-run)
Basic networking (WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, printers) - Technical familiarity with the following products and technologies will be an advantage:Microsoft Office 365 applications and services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
Microsoft Azure AD and other Azure applications and services
Microsoft PowerShell - Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Collaborative and takes initiative; self-motivated and driven; inquisitive self-learner
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule
