Lancesoft Indonesia is hiring an IT Support / Service Desk professional!
📍 Location: Central Jakarta
💼 Experience: Minimum 3 years
📄 Contract: 3 years, renewable annually, Official ITIL v4 or v5 certification required.
🎓 Education: Minimum D3 in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 IT support and priority assistance for VIP users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic SAP application issues.
- Manage user accounts, password resets, account unlocking, and access permissions for Windows, email, SAP, and VPN.
- Handle IT incidents from reporting to resolution, ticket closure, escalation, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Perform remote troubleshooting and ensure desktop security and configuration compliance.
- Conduct routine checks of meeting rooms and video conferencing equipment.
- Install operating systems using RIS and support iPhones, Cisco AnyConnect, and antivirus applications.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to maintain service quality and improve IT support.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support or Service Desk.
- Proficient in Windows 10, Linux, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPO), RIS deployment, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, PABX, and VoIP.
- Experience supporting video conferencing systems and meeting room equipment.
- Basic knowledge of standard IT hardware and software.
