Qualifications
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate/ diploma/ vocational student
Able to provide a comparison of computer specifications
Networking installation skills (crimping & cabling) and computer installation skills
Troubleshooting skills of OS, software, Hardware, and computer peripherals
Able to assemble/disassemble personal computers & notebooks
Basic networking & Microtic basicknowledge
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English will be a point
Able to operate Ms. Office
Willing to be placed in Jababeka 2, Cikarkang
Responsibilities
Troubleshooting of IT tickets regarding personal computers/notebooks, OS, work-related softwares, computer peripherals, etc
Basic networking for wired and wireless networks (IP, unidentified network, unplugged, LAN tester, etc)
Handling for installation of OS using image and/or manual method
Updating the OS, antivirus, and other essential software in the office’s computers
