Requirements:
- Minimum education of a vocational high school (SMK) graduate or equivalent, preferably in Computer and Network Engineering (Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of computer networking and network connectivity.
- Familiarity with cloud management and user account administration.
- Knowledge of data backup and recovery procedures.
- Understanding of IT security, antivirus, and operating system updates.
- Ability to manage IT asset inventory and maintain accurate asset records.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude when assisting employees and resolving technical issues.
- Demonstrates good conduct, responsibility, and a service-oriented approach when supporting employees across departments.
Job Descriptions:
- IT Helpdesk Support: Respond promptly to employees' technical issues, including internet connectivity problems, computer malfunctions, password resets, and office application errors.
- IT Setup & Employee Onboarding: Prepare laptops, email accounts, Wi-Fi access, and required software for new employees to ensure they are ready to work on their first day.
- Hardware & Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues involving computers, printers, LAN cables, and other IT equipment, and coordinate further repairs when necessary.
- IT Maintenance & Security: Perform routine IT maintenance, monitor antivirus software and operating system updates, and help ensure that company devices follow established IT security practices.
- IT Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets assigned to employees, monitor IT supply availability, and ensure all IT equipment is properly tracked and accounted for.
- Technical Support & Coordination: Provide technical guidance to employees across departments, follow up on unresolved technical issues, and coordinate with relevant parties to minimize operational disruptions.
