Qualification :
- Active university student majoring in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related major
- Basic knowledge of computer, network, printer, hardware, and software troubleshooting
- Able to install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data management and reporting
- Familiarity with databases, data administration, and automation tools is a plus
- Able to commit to an internship program for a minimum of 3 months
Job Descriptions :
- Assist in troubleshooting computers, networks, and printers
- Support software installation, hardware setup, and routine maintenance
- Perform data cleaning and data validation
- Support process improvement and basic automation projects when required
