Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of computer networks, hardware, software, and basic database concepts.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with mobile applications, websites, and business systems.
- Able to work independently, communicate effectively, and solve problems efficiently.
- Willing to work on-site and perform field assignments when required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to all employees.
- Monitor and coordinate matters related to the GoEco application.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and external developers regarding system development and enhancements.
- Assist in managing data security, system backups, and recovery processes.
