Deskripsi pekerjaan IT Support Engineer Indo Trans Teknologi
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain company network devices and IT infrastructure
- Monitor network performance and ensure stable internet connectivity
- Handle troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues promptly and accurately
- Maintain and upgrade IT equipment including laptops, PCs, printers, routers, switches, and access points
- Provide technical support to internal users and analyze system problems with effective solutions
- Manage IT equipment inventory and maintain accurate records
- Create network configuration documentation and troubleshooting reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for IT infrastructure needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; minimum SMK graduates majoring in TKJ or Informatics Engineering are welcome
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support; fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and IT infrastructure
- Proficient in configuring network devices from vendors such as MikroTik, Ruijie, TP-Link, or similar
- Proficient in Windows OS troubleshooting; Linux knowledge is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently or in a team with high initiative and accountability
