About the Role
This IT System Engineer (Service Desk), focused on Service Desk typically plays a crucial role in managing and supporting an organization's IT services.
The responsibilities of this role include:
• Remote IT support for English speaking Australian based clients
• Build, maintain, and update site configuration details and documentation
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Participate in the design, planning, implementation, and post project support
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Remote support, monitoring, maintenance tasks
• Building & maintaining customer relationships
• You will work autonomously within the role but able to liaise effectively with various parts of the business/vendors as necessary.
