What we're looking for:

Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Required skills: communication, database querying, Bash/Python scripting, hardware and software troubleshooting, Windows/Linux system operations, and networking fundamentals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What will you do:

Handle customer complaints.
Understand business flows, database tables, and user manuals.
Complete tasks within the agreed SLA.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues.
Validate reported complaints.
Prepare project and system support documentation.
Monitor and support clients.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

This position requires working in shifts:

Shift 1: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM

Shift 2: 03:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Shift 3: 10:00 PM – 07:00 AM
