IT Support
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage master data, including vendor and material data.
- Ensure smooth business operations by supporting SAP, web, and mobile applications, including data entry, data extraction, and system support.
- Provide end-user support for hardware (PC/Laptop), servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the IT COE Data Team to support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting using Excel and Power BI.
- Work closely with business users and cross-functional IT teams to identify, troubleshoot, and implement process improvements.
- Support IT infrastructure maintenance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Provide on-call support for urgent infrastructure and operational issues when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure, or System Administration.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Windows/Linux Server Administration
- Networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- VMware or other virtualization technologies
- Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL (DDL & DML)
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
- SAP ERP
- API and system integration concepts
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and service-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willing to provide on-call support for critical infrastructure issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
