Responsibilites :
● Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware issues.
● Manage system recovery processes to minimize downtime and data loss.
● Conduct root cause analysis for recurring hardware and system issues.
● Monitor system performance and health using monitoring tools.
● Schedule and perform regular preventative maintenance tasks.
● Install and configure hardware components, operating systems, and system software.
● Plan and implement hardware and software upgrades.
● Manage and optimize resource allocation for efficient system performance.
● Configure and maintain network settings.
● Provide advanced technical support to users and other support teams.
● Train Level 1 support staff and users on best practices.
● Create and maintain technical documentation.
● Generate reports on system performance and maintenance activities.
● Implement and enforce security protocols.
● Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
