Job Description:

Bertanggung jawab dalam memberikan dukungan teknis tingkat lanjut dan Melakukan analisis, pemecahan masalah, dan implementasi solusi untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional sistem dan aplikasi.

Requirements:

Pendidikan: Minimal S1 di bidang Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, atau yang relevan.

Pengalaman: Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman dalam menangani Client Support Web Developer Software yang bergerak di bidang IT Multifinance.

Paham dan mengerti Accounting

Keahlian Teknis

Database: Mahir dalam SQL dan memiliki pengalaman Min. 1 th

Keterampilan:

Pemecahan Masalah: Mampu menganalisis masalah secara sistematis dan mencari solusi yang efektif.

Komunikasi: Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, baik secara lisan maupun tulisan, dengan berbagai level pengguna.

Bekerja dalam Tim: Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim dan berkolaborasi dengan departemen lain.

Orientasi pada Detail: Teliti dan memperhatikan detail dalam setiap tugas.

Manajemen Proyek: Mampu mengelola proyek kecil hingga menengah.
