Deskripsi pekerjaan IT Support - Bigfix L1 PT Sinergi Wahana Gemilang

Job Responsibilities:

Bertanggung jawab atas operasional harian endpoint management berbasis BigFix (instalasi agent, patching, compliance, dan deployment tools security) untuk server Windows dan Linux, bekerja dalam sistem shift dan berkoordinasi dengan tim requestor/CISO.

Melakukan instalasi dan deployment BigFix agent pada server Windows Server maupun Linux (RHEL, Oracle Linux), termasuk deployment massal (batch ratusan IP).

Melakukan pengecekan status/health agent BigFix (konektivitas, agent aktif/tidak) dan troubleshoot agent yang bermasalah.

Melakukan grouping/registrasi server ke computer group yang sesuai (mis. golden image, group patch, group produksi).

Melakukan push patch: Windows Cumulative Update (CU), SSU, patch OS Linux, kernel security update (RHSA/RHBA), serta patch aplikasi (mis. SQL Server CU).

Melakukan push baseline dan hardening server hingga target tercapai (mis. hardening 100%).

Melakukan konfigurasi proxy dan repository pada server agar dapat menarik patch/update.

Melakukan monitoring proses patch berjalan dan menindaklanjuti (troubleshoot) patch yang gagal.

Melakukan generate, penarikan, dan pengecekan file compliance patch.

Melakukan capture data sesuai request: status patch, tanggal instalasi tools security (Trend Micro Deep Security, EDR/xagt, FireEye HX), hasil PING/konektivitas.

Melakukan deploy/reinstall endpoint security tools melalui BigFix (mis. FireEye/Trellix HX, Trend Micro).

Melakukan compare/rekonsiliasi data server (mis. All Server, R1 vs Prod) untuk memastikan konsistensi inventory.

Menyusun laporan aktivitas harian dan mingguan tim.

Bekerja dalam sistem 3 shift (24/7) dan melakukan serah-terima pekerjaan antar shift.

Berkoordinasi dengan tim CISO/requestor untuk eksekusi task dan konfirmasi hasil.
