IT Support
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for business applications and systems.
- Monitor application performance and ensure system availability, stability, and smooth business operations.
- Analyze user-reported issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with internal IT teams or vendors for resolution.
- Support application implementation, enhancement, testing, and system upgrades based on business requirements.
- Gather and translate business/user requirements into functional specifications and system improvements.
- Maintain application documentation, user guides, system configurations, and issue tracking records.
- Ensure application support follows IT policies, security standards, SLA, and best practices while continuously improving user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Application Support, IT Support, or System Support.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and supporting business applications, ERP, or other enterprise systems.
- Good understanding of SQL/database, system integration, and application troubleshooting.
- Experience in coordinating with users, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to resolve application issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work on-site and provide support based on business operational requirements.
