Job Description
As an IT Support & Live Studio Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure while ensuring our live streaming studio operates smoothly. This role combines traditional IT support with hands-on management of live production equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up cameras, lighting, microphones, and audio equipment for live streaming sessions.
- Ensure all studio equipment is ready before each live broadcast.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during live streaming to minimize downtime.
- Maintain and support computers, laptops, printers, CCTV systems, and office networking.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Provide daily IT support to employees.
- Organize, maintain, and monitor studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, tripods, and accessories.
- Perform routine maintenance on IT and studio equipment.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Live Commerce teams to improve studio quality and workflow.
- Maintain an inventory of IT and studio assets.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT Support, Live Streaming, Multimedia, Broadcasting, or a related field.
- Familiar with camera setup, audio systems, lighting, and live streaming equipment.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, printers, CCTV, and basic networking.
- Able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently.
- Basic knowledge of streaming software (OBS or similar) is an advantage.
- Able to communicate in English for daily work.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to support live streaming schedules when needed.
