Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive IT Support / Helpdesk professional to provide technical assistance, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, good communication in English, and basic knowledge of networking and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users (hardware, software, and network issues)
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including internet connectivity and LAN/WAN systems
- Assist in basic electrical setup and maintenance related to IT equipment (power supply, cabling, etc.)
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, calls, and emails in a timely manner
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and user guides
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are properly implemented
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk role
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and hardware troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of electrical systems related to IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with routers, switches, and internet troubleshooting
- English proficiency (written and verbal) is required
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
