Deskripsi pekerjaan IT Support Analyst PT Prismas Jamintara
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Data Center and other IT infrastructure support such as Servers, Network devices, Network Communication lines, Data Cabling, etc.
- Maintain Fixed Asset list in FAM and CMDB and do regular reconciliation as per CLSA requirement. Guidance will be provided upon arrival.
- Able to perform general IT Support task, such as Desktop support for Software and Hardware, do trouble shooting, Morning health check and other IT support work.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT.
- Active speaker in English (verbal and writing).
- Knowledge in general IT support and infrastructure.
- Proven ability to offer high level desktop support in an enterprise environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills required.
- Ambitious and willing to learn new technologies.
- In depth knowledge of Windows 11 & Office 365.
- Willing to work off hours and weekends if needed.
