Job Description:
PT. Anugrah Duta Food is looking for a skilled and experienced IT Supervisor to lead and manage our IT department. The IT Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all IT-related functions within the company, ensuring the smooth operation of systems, networks, and technology infrastructure. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and excellent problem-solving skills to support the company’s business operations and technological needs.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems, minimizing downtime and resolving technical issues promptly.
Team Leadership & Development:
Supervise and guide a team of IT professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and efficient task management.
Provide training, support, and professional development opportunities for IT staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate team performance to ensure timely and effective delivery of IT services.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support to company employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Develop and maintain internal support procedures and documentation to streamline troubleshooting and issue resolution.
System & Software Management:
Ensure the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software systems and applications.
Oversee software updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure the systems are secure, up-to-date, and performing optimally.
Manage system backups and data recovery processes to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity.
Network Security & Data Protection:
Implement and enforce security policies to protect company data, networks, and systems from cyber threats.
Monitor and manage the company’s cybersecurity infrastructure, including firewalls, antivirus programs, and data encryption tools.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Project Management & System Implementation:
Lead and manage IT-related projects, including system upgrades, software deployments, and new technology implementations.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and ensure that technological solutions are aligned with business goals.
Vendor & Budget Management:
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure that contracts are adhered to and that services are delivered as agreed.
Assist in budgeting and cost control for IT expenditures, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently and effectively.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure that the company’s IT systems comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, including system configurations, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management or support, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management, network security, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
Experience with system administration, including Windows, Linux, and cloud-based systems (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and data protection practices.
Proficient in IT management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, remote monitoring tools, backup software).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in coaching and developing staff.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of IT compliance, industry standards, and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001) is a plus.
