Job Summary :

As a Solutions Implementor, your primary responsibility will be to design, plan, and execute the implementation of solutions for our clients. Your expertise in understanding the technical aspects of the solutions and strong project management skills will be vital to ensure smooth and efficient implementation, meeting the specific requirements and deliver maximum value to customers. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science and or Information system.
  • Experience in software development process, preferably as software developer
  • Strong time management skills, able to balance multiple tasks with varying levels of priority and urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills and fast learner.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, software services, system administration and/or full cycle of project implementation.
  • Must have a good understanding of business processes in addition to technical skills, which will involve mainly Agile practices, DevSecOps, ITSM, and knowledge management.
  • Experience with REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP will be greatly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess customers' requirements, including but not limited to observing, collecting data and other information related to the customers' processes.
  • Execute and deliver given tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Assisting with technical documentation and user guides.
  • Deliver training sessions to customers about the implemented solutions and/or products.
  • Able to anticipate and mitigate risks for potential project delays or blockers.
  • Some travel is expected depending on the customers' locations.
