Job Brief:
Our client is seeking a highly capable and hands-on IT Solution Engineer to lead the end-to-end development and continuous improvement of internal business applications. This role will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering user requirements, developing web-based systems, ensuring application quality, managing deployment and infrastructure, and supporting the organization's digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise, business process understanding, and the ability to bridge operational needs with practical technology solutions in a professional services environment.
Job Description:
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through digital solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional system specifications
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications, including both Front-End and Back-End components
- Build secure, scalable, and reliable business applications to support daily operational activities
- Design and manage databases, APIs, and system integrations to ensure seamless information flow across applications
- Develop process documentation, system flowcharts, and technical documentation to support implementation and future enhancements
- Perform application testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure system reliability and functionality
- Deploy, configure, and maintain applications within server and cloud environments while ensuring optimal system performance
- Manage application infrastructure, server environments, networking, and security to maintain high system availability
- Monitor application performance, resolve technical issues, and implement continuous system improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and marketing, to develop technology solutions that support business objectives
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve productivity and business performance
- Explore, evaluate, and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to improve business processes, automate repetitive tasks, enhance application capabilities, and increase overall operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI), software development, and emerging technologies, proactively recommending innovative solutions to support the company's digital transformation initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or other related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, IT Solution Engineer, System Analyst, or similar role
- Proven experience developing end-to-end web applications using modern Front-End and Back-End technologies
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), system architecture, and application development best practices
- Experience in business process analysis and translating operational requirements into technology solutions
- Hands-on experience in application testing, debugging, and Quality Assurance (QA)
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, API development, and system integration
- Experience managing application deployment, server administration, cloud environments, networking, and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern software development tools
- Strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), with the ability to identify and apply AI-powered solutions to improve business processes and application development.
- Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, or AI-assisted development platforms (such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies) is an advantage.
- Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning mindset, with the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and leverage AI to drive innovation and productivity.
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical teams
