What You'll Do
- Own and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring timely and accurate communication across clients and internal teams
- Provide real-time interpretation between Korean management and local teams, including translation of technical documents (KR–ID–EN)
- Act as the key liaison between clients and the project team, facilitating data discussions, interviews, and stakeholder alignment
- Monitor project schedules, operations, and deadlines to keep deliverables on track
- Support data analysis for project planning and reporting
- Prepare and review weekly and monthly progress reports
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and client commitment
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prior experience in an IT environment; experience in a Korean company is a strong advantage
- Korean proficiency at TOPIK Level 4 or above, with solid English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office with an ability to understand technical project workflows
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- A proactive mindset with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
