IT Service Management Intern

PT Berca Hardayaperkasa is currently opening an opportunity for IT Service Management Intern. This internship is suitable for students who want to gain hands-on experience in IT service operations, coordination, and project administration.

You will support the IT Service Management team in ensuring project services run smoothly while gaining exposure to IT service processes and service performance monitoring.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the IT Service Management team in coordinating ongoing IT service activities and projects
• Help monitor service performance and support SLA tracking and reporting
• Support documentation and administrative tasks related to IT service operations
• Assist in compiling periodic service reports and project updates
• Support coordination and communication between technical teams and internal stakeholders
• Help track incidents, service requests, and operational activities within the ITSM process

👤 Qualifications:

• Final-year student or currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
• Available to join an internship program (preferably as part of university internship requirements)
• Interested in IT Service Management, IT operations, or IT project coordination
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn in a professional IT environment
• Basic understanding of IT support or IT operations is a plus
