Job Description
- Support IT Service Desk operations in managing IT asset delivery, software support Laptop, and Microsoft Office 365 services for all employees.
- Provide responsive support related to IT asset management, software troubleshooting Laptop, and Office 365 user services to ensure a smooth end-user experience.
- Supporting other division productivity by providing technical support for their laptop. Support business operations by ensuring proper IT asset tracking, reporting, and Office 365 administrative support across departments.
Qualifications
Techincal:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Outlook
- PowerPoint
- (Tableau is a plus)
- Familiar with data tools, reporting, and IT administrationFamiliar with ticketing systems and IT support workflows
Non-technical
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
