- Minimum 2–5+ years of experience working with Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions.
- Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon is highly preferred.
- Experience deploying CrowdStrike in multiple enterprise environments.
- Experience migrating from traditional Antivirus (AV) or other EDR platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Falcon installation, sensor communication, and endpoint connectivity.
- Experience managing Policies, Host Groups, RBAC, and endpoint security configurations.
