Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Security or a related support role.
- Experience in application support, IT operations, or IT security support.
- Understanding of IT security principles, policies, and procedures.
- Experience in troubleshooting, incident handling, and problem resolution.
- Experience supporting IT systems in the banking industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
